Although we maintain this FAST approach to good service, it may not be instant gratification of your wishes ….. we may take an extra day or two to send off your order, so that we can send your Biltong just the way you asked for it. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will contact you to see whether you would like us to substitute some other product or are prepared to wait a few days.

When placing an order on our website, it is possible to go to the checkout and look at the full cost of the basket as well as the postage costs without creating an account or finalising the order. Click on Checkout and then choose the appropriate option.
Just to clarify our postal charges for those customers who may be confused:
1. Orders containing only Biltong, Droëwors and Snap Sticks which are over £75 in value will be delivered free of charge
2. Orders containing frozen or fragile items – glass bottles or crushable biscuits etc - will automatically attract a postage charge of £9.50 no matter what the value of the order is

Die span-met-die-horings en span-met-die-tande hou Suid-Afrika se naam hoog in die Super 1-plus-13-ander-spanne en Suid-Afrika is die voorloper op die Sewes-punteleer. Clint Eastwood is selfs besig om ‘n fliek van ons 1995-bekerglorie te maak met Matt Damon wat Francois Pienaar se nommer 6-trui aantrek. Sport en vleis (gedroog of gebraai of hoe ook al) sal ons klomp altyd bymekaar bring en, alhoewel ons dit nou nie eerstehands kan beleef nie, kom ons maak dan maar soos my ou vriend altyd gesê het wanneer eerste keuses hom ontwyk
het: “Ons gaat vir die next best!” Volg die sport op die kassie en kou lekker aan beesbiltong, vars gemaak in Engeland. En moenie van ons (nou al beroemde) boerewors vergeet nie. Bel ons, e-pos ons of kom besoek ons – maar moet tog net nie gaan staat en droëbek sit nie.
